IC Mechanical was awarded this project to install brand-new processing equipment for making and coating the lenses. We had our eyesight set on revamping the building for a supreme working environment.
SCOPE
Our HVAC service, specialty piping, and in-house sheet metal shop executed the work. We partnered with our friends at Ruark Construction to help develop a construction design and renovate the facility’s flooring, production bathrooms, the firewall between production and offices, and coating room design.
What a great team effort from all the ICM departments. Our in-house engineering crew helped develop unique mechanical drawings and a game plan to install the compressed air lines, RO water lines, exhaust ducting, and drain lines.
