The Vinoy Renaissance Resort and Golf Club, located on 5th Street in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida, has been undergoing major expansions and renovations. IC Mechanical was awarded a prestigious plan and spec project for the hotel, which included replacing 138 chilled water units.
Each room has its own unit with specific needs, replacements, and repairs. This project took a total of only two months, from start to completion, resulting in a fast turnover rate for the guest rooms.
