As the prime contractor for the Straz Performing Arts Center, we oversaw the replacement of three (3) RTU’s, curbs, ductwork and new piping for units and future development. Installation of the CWP and HWP presented many challenges that were addressed with brain storming sessions and experience. During the lifts, safety was reviewed, challenges were met head on, and units were installed successfully. Everyone involved in this project performed their task with excellent workmanship and professionalism. We are very proud of our team! The last RTU-1 is scheduled for mid-August, with the project completion by the end of August 2022.
