There is never a time when we’re not developing our personnel or exploring ways to elevate service. This commitment to improvement can be seen in our recent growth of our HVAC service department. In a relatively brief time, our technician team has doubled, and added a new service coordinator, Daniele S. With her proven experience and more team members, the department will see an uptick in productivity and more efficient scheduling and operations.
At the same time, IC Mechanical is making strides in our inside sales department and warehouse operations, through the hiring of Jacob G. and Savannah H., respectively. Both additions stabilize their departments, offering leadership and process optimization.
To support this tremendous growth and continue to provide technician development, we also recently launched a new in-house training program that gathers monthly to enhance skills, promote growth, and keep everyone ahead of industry standards.
